Steps to Living Healthy

Now I know this is cheesy as but it really does make a difference in your well being and health. We've all been through it... PDH. Where they always go on and on about physical, emotional and spiritual health but it is really important, take it from me! 
 

A Healthy Breakfast

How many times have you heard it?

"Eat up!" or "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" I hate to say it but they're right! Look the ideal breakfast is different for each for some it looks like a Mcdonalds drive-thru while others it is a quite brekkie at home what ever it is just make sure it is healthy!

One of my besties, Jess, invited  me over where we made he most delicious and authentic brekkies I've ever had! (But that's just personal preference)


Look I know that this does feature some 'sometimes' food *cough* *cough* bacon! But who can blame us it was a Sunday ;) Sure every now and then a nice hot herbal tea or some bacon can lighten up and tie up a yummy brekkie beside the pool. Though don't go OVER BOARD! Maybe incorporate some veggies, fruit, proteins and dairy and presto you have a perfect diet!


Physical Health

I know the thought of it makes you cringe, sweat and repulse. Running. Look I love running but even at the best of times I can ...let's say dislike it! I know running isn't for everyone and that's okay there are many ways you can remain active while avoiding running. Dance, Gymnastics, golf, soccer, badminton and tennis it depends on the person! I love dance while others hate it. I can't stress it enough.. IT DEPENDS ON THE PERSON!




Believe in yourself! Don't let anyone tell you can't! Go out there and give any sports or physical exercise you might surprise yourself! ;) Ily guys xox
